Florida Gov.Ron DeSantis has suspended state attorney Andrew Warren for ‘picking and choosing which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda,’ and immediately sent the police to his office.
DeSantis sent state police to physically remove the Soros-backed state attorney from his office, “with access only to retrieve his personal belongings, and (ii) to ensure that no files, papers, documents, notes, records, computers, or removable storage media are removed from the Office of the State Attorney…”

Warren, who had served the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, has most recently refused to follow state policy criminalizing abortion in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade – and repeatedly refused to enforce laws cracking down on child sex-change surgeries, according to DeSantis.
The liberal state attorney also declined to prosecute 67 protesters arrested in George Floyd demonstrations, and said in 2017 that he would only pursue the death penalty “in the very worst cases,” and not where “mental illness played a role.”
“We are suspending Soros-backed 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for neglecting his duties as he pledges not to uphold the laws of the state,” DeSantis’ office said in a statement, per Fox News.
Per ZeroHedge: DeSantis made the announcement at a Thursday press conference surrounded by Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and others.
“The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not in individual state attorneys,” DeSantis said. “so, when you flagrantly violate your oath of office .. when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty and you have neglected your duty, and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties,” he continued.
“And so today we are suspending state attorney Andrew Warren, effective immediately,” DeSantis concluded to applause.
DeSantis’ office issued a statement regarding the suspension.
“This isn’t about abortion or any one thing, it’s about having accountability to our system of law and order to prosecute crime. There has been a pattern developing in Hillsborough County where one person picks and chooses which laws he wishes to enforce,” DeSantis’ office stated.

I hope this will be one of the waves that is about to roll over America–good for the people.
A Shake up is better than a shakedown!
suspend? why not fired? bribery is a crime. fired, then arrested. what is wrong with Desantis? He is part of the gas lighting. He is a trick.
His “say no gay” law, made is legal to teach 4th graders about alternative life styles, when before it was illegal to teach such things at all in all grades. see what they did there? you people are being tricked.
He clearly is breaking the law defiantly and openly and as such needs to be jailed rather than just fired. He clearly thinks he is above the law.
any public official that takes money from a domestic or foreign source for funding, is criminal. why do prosecutors need funding? don’t they get paid a salary with US tax payer money?…”funding a prosecutor” sounds like bribery to me. That is against the law. are we being gas lighted by the media? “funding” no it is bribery.
Suspends? so when the prosecutor says “ok, I will stop taking money from Soros”…Desantis will say..”Ok, you are not unsuspended, but don’t take anymore money from Soros, Ok?”
Give me a break, arrest the man.
I know, right? Why on earth didn’t he arrested him? He probably could arrest him for sexual abuse of minors or some such charge.
Tells you a lot about Desantis and gas lighting. Remember the elevator video? we are being played for sure. and Desantis and Trump are the elevator actors with the democrats. They come in the elevator and turn to face the side and will slowly begin facing the back of the elevator. IMO
I always was interested in this subject and stock still am, thanks for posting.
