Is this a ghost or some other unexplained phenomenon caught on camera? The strange thing captured on camera is seen climbing out of the water and then scaling the house.

This is the first video footage I am aware of that captures a real ghost. If it is not a ghost then it is a very odd phenomenon or anomaly that can climb out of the water and then, scale a house in seconds, and then, disappear. That would be the definition of a ghost.
