California’s parents and teachers have reacted to the draconian new vaccine rules imposed by Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom on Oct. 1

Both parents and teachers who oppose school covid vaccine mandates are planning a statewide walkout on Monday, and they say that this is just the beginning according to reports

Fox News reports: News about the planned protest has spread on social media, with organizers suggesting that parents pull their children out of school and that teachers and staff who support the protest stay home.

California became the first state to mandate vaccinations or coronavirus testing for eligible children to attend in-person classes at public and private schools after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the requirement Oct. 1. Students who don’t comply will be required to do an independent study. There are medical and personal belief exemptions.

Teachers and staff are also required to get the vaccine or submit to testing.

The mandate currently affects students in grades 7-12. Those age 12 and older are eligible for the vaccine.

“Parents and concerned citizens all over CA are taking action against the forced COVID-19 vaccine mandate for our children in state schools. We demand parental choice over the bodily autonomy of our children,” a Twitter flyer said, according to the Patch

Oak Run Elementary in Shasta County plans to cancel classes Monday because of the protest, KRCR-TVCR in Redding, California, reported.

“Parents, educators, and students across the U.S. will engage in peaceful noncompliance activities to remind government officials that individuals should have the final say when it comes to their health,” a letter from the school to families reportedly said.

Residents against the mandate held a rally in Redding on Friday, holding up signs with slogans such as “My body, my choice,” “Teach freedom,” “Stop the mandate” and “Support parents choice.”

The mandate took effect Friday.

“I’m just out here fighting for freedom. I want to see freedom for health care workers. I want to see freedom for educators,” Amy Keurentjes, a doctor and mother of five, told the Record Searchlight newspaper in Redding on Friday.

  1. Just absurd All over a virus that they know is basically less harmful than the regular flu. And all the strains b/s designed to over ride that fact is just more if the same. Only some few people are at risk. Hardly any.

  2. You will rise up by sitting down.
Just take yourself out of the game.
    Stop working for your enemies.
Your income will mean nothing sooner than later.

  3. It’s actually very disturbing when you reflect back on the article revealing how a bunch of Vatican Bishops who are opposed to Francos position published their letter or statement stating that it’s against Catholic values to receive the vaccine containing human aborted persons. Clearly the Pope knows the theology too, so he must be getting blackmailed or extorted somehow. And his statements which amount to literally him saying toss your Bible basically and buy science journals really shows whose the boss now, over the rule of Law. So they’ve no hope getting satisfaction or remedy diplomatically. None.

    • And BTW since the Papal Infallibility is kaput, you do not even as a Catholic accept the Pope’s words is infallible You can take the same position as all of those Bishops if you choose to.

        • And it just occurred to me that so then you do not have to accept Obama Dicte that the Pope is moral Authority for rule of law even if you one of the minority of democratically insignificant Catholics. He is just a man. Fallible like any other and he can’t even have agreement with his government. His leadership is questionable and so his authority.

          • And as for the numbers to be a TRUE Catholic doesn’t mean ticking a box when the census is sent around. It means believing in transubstatiation . Not pretending to either. Believing the wine and blood are the flesh and blood of Jesus and you having eaten him incorporate Him in your living flesh and blood. I don’t think many would believe that really I’d suggest maybe a couple of million So about 0.5 %of the global population. If that. I’m being very generous Really I think maybe a handful of people really believe it. I’ll bet most in the Vatican don’t for a start.
