Deep State operatives running America are preparing to unleash a second pandemic to disrupt the 2024 election and blame the bioweapon release on Russia or another adversary, according to urgent information issued to the world by Russia at a military press conference.
Russia has uncovered US plans to release an avian bioweapon false flag before the November election, allowing the Biden administration to declare a state of emergency and lockdown the nation, roll out Bill Gates’ new bird flu vaccine, and send non-compliant citizens to secret new detention facilities currently under construction in all 50 states.

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, issued an urgent video briefing on behalf of President Putin this week, warning the world that Russian forces have uncovered evidence that the US is preparing to unleash another false flag on the world.
The U.S. military veteran known as WarClandestine on X posted a segment of the Kirillov statement, explaining that the Pentagon has relocated its secretive Ukrainian biolab operation to Africa.
According to Kirillov, U.S. biolab activities are taking place in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where a new variant of monkeypox that reportedly “causes miscarriage and has a fatality rate of 10 percent” is currently spreading.
Kirillov also explained how the U.S. government is using third-party companies such as the Hunter Biden-linked groups Metabiota and EcoHealth Alliance, as well as a company called Quicksilver and over twenty others.
These corporations are essentially used as money laundering operations for the children of US politicians and buffers so the government doesn’t get exposed creating bioweapons against global agreements.
Clandestine wrote on his X post, “Also keep in mind, the founder of Biden-owned Metabiota is Ghislaine Maxwell and Clinton affiliate, Virologist Nathan Wolfe.”
Kirillov pointed out that Metabiota’s deeply shady work in Africa which involved the Ebola outbreak has been discontinued after national governments started becoming suspicious and questioning its connections with the U.S. government.
The Russian official alleged a 2013 yellow fever outbreak in Cairo, Egypt, that killed 60,000 people was connected to a U.S. military biolaboratory engaged in gain of function research.
Kirillov also said that Russian forces have uncovered evidence the US Deep State is preparing to intentionally spread a disease via “migratory birds,” which is part of the plan to release another pandemic ahead of the 2024 election.
The Kremlin’s warning about US preparations for a new false flag came shortly after a Gates Foundation insider revealed America’s food supply will be deliberately infected with bird flu to spark the next pandemic and pave the way for Bill Gates’ next money-spinning vaccine to conquer the global market.
As mainstream media continues hyping the threat of the disease, it just so happens that the Gates Foundation is already working behind the scenes to organize urgent global distribution of the bird flu vaccine.
The elite are using the classic Problem Reaction Solution matrix. They intentionally cause a problem, use the media to provoke a terrified reaction from the public, and then they roll out their solution.
Remember the Covid pandemic? By the time the elite rolled out the vaccines, after months of media hype and punishing lockdowns, the conditioned masses were desperately rolling up their sleeves to get their does of poison pumped into their arms.
Gates appears set to cash in on the crisis yet again, publishing a disturbing statement on a global agreement to distribute his vaccine around the world, before the vaccine has even been approved.
But Gates has every right to be smugly confident. Let’s face it. He isn’t only paying off the media. He owns the regulators too.
The globalist billionaire with the uncanny timing is set to reap another massive windfall with the bird flu vaccine, but if you are still unconvinced Gates is behind the crisis, wait until you see the evidence Russia has provided about who has been working on gain-of-function experiments to make bird flu more lethal to humans.

Eighteen Congressional members have questioned the Department of Agriculture regarding this initiative, which was first reported by Daily Mail.
This project is part of a $1 million partnership between the USDA and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which just so happens to manage the Wuhan laboratory implicated in the Covid lab leak.
